Capital Expenditure (CAPEX)

This ratio shows the Capital Expenditure value of the symbol for the selected quarter. It shows net capital expenditures to acquire fixed and intangible assets of the company. CAPEX is calculated from the cash flow statement of the financial report.

Calculation:

CAPEX= Net Payments for Property, Plant and Equipment + Net Payments for Intangible Assets

Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) (TTM)

This ratio shows the trailing Capital Expenditure value for the proceeding 4 quarters. It removes the seasonal sales effects and gives the opportunity to make efficient comparison analysis.

Calculation:

CAPEX (TTM) is calculated by summing the CAPEX values of the selected quarter and the previous 3 quarters.
